Refund & Exchange Policy
We want exchanges to be simple. Here’s how it works:
✅ Free Size Exchanges
- You have 7 days from successful delivery to request a size exchange.
- We’ll arrange a free reverse pick-up from your address.
- If reverse pick-up isn’t supported at your PIN code, we’ll ask you to self-ship the product.
🔄 How Exchanges Are Processed
- Once your return is picked up and checked, we immediately create a replacement order in your size.
- No credits, no waiting. Just a direct replacement.
💸 Refunds (Exceptions Only)
We normally don’t refund to your payment account. The only exceptions are:
- If the product arrives damaged.
- If an item goes out of stock after you’ve placed an order.
🏷️ Orders with Factory Price
- When you buy 3 or more items, you unlock the Factory Price (a reduced rate).
- If you exchange one of those items later, the exchange value is based on the price you paid (Factory Price), not the MRP.
Shipping & Delivery
🚚 Where We Ship
- We currently ship only within India.
- All orders are shipped through Delhivery.
📦 Dispatch Timelines
- Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days
- You’ll get tracking details by email or SMS once your order is shipped.
💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available wherever Delhivery supports it.
- No extra fees for COD.
⏳ Delivery Times
- Delivery speed depends on your location and courier operations.
- Shipping times are not guaranteed and may vary due to external factors.
Pricing & Factory Price
💰 MRP & Factory Price
- Every product shows its MRP (Maximum Retail Price).
- Buy 3 or more items in one order and you unlock the Factory Price – a lower, direct-from-factory rate.
🔄 Exchanges & Pricing
- Any exchange value is based on what you actually paid at checkout, whether that was MRP or Factory Price.
- Refunds (in rare cases) also follow this rule.
⚖️ Price Changes
- Prices may be updated from time to time.
- Any changes will always be visible on the website.
